Our pieces are a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern design. Many of our collections are still designed and hand-finished in our Australian studio, ensuring that every plate, mug, and bowl has its own unique character and high-fired durability.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our stoneware collections are designed for everyday use and are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher. However, we recommend checking the specific product description for items with gold luster or delicate glazes, which may require hand-washing.
How do you ensure fragile items are shipped safely?
We take great care in packaging our ceramics using sustainable, protective materials to prevent breakage. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the item for a full replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our homewares globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or refund. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
