Three layers of glaze: two brushed + white reactive poured inside & out
Warm and grounded, named after the Gibson Desert. Coloured brushstrokes and inky speckles evoke country seen from above. The Gibson glaze is created by layering three different glazes: two are brushed on by hand, then a reactive white glaze is poured over the top and inside. This process produces organic, kiln-formed variation. Every piece is bespoke; no two mugs are alike.
